Delete Your Account

MiraTe is built by Still Alive ("we", "us"). You can permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time. Deletion is immediate and irreversible — there is no waiting period and no way to recover the account afterwards.

Delete from the app (recommended)

1. Open MiraTe.
2. Go to Settings.
3. Tap Delete account.
4. Confirm.

Your account and all associated data are deleted immediately and permanently.

Can't access the app?

Email [email protected] from the email address on your account. Once we confirm it's you, we delete the account and its data right away — no 30-day wait.

Parked a TV Time import, but never made an account?

If you saved your TV Time history on this site and want it deleted before claiming it: email [email protected] from the address you parked with (or include your claim code) and we delete the parked import right away. Unclaimed imports are deleted automatically after 60 days in any case.

What gets deleted

• Your profile (display name, avatar, banner) and account.
• Your entire watch history — episodes watched, progress, ratings, rewatches and notes.
• Your lists, including lists you created, and your membership of shared lists.
• Your diary, stats and any recognition badges.

All of the above is erased permanently and cannot be recovered.

What we keep

Nothing that identifies you. We may retain anonymized, aggregated statistics that can no longer be linked to you or your account, as described in our Privacy Policy.
